my comment : i rmb having done this during ballet conditioning pilates exercises..gosh,its painful once u do it as u crunch ):Look forward to something.Each morning, think about one little, enjoyable thing you plan to do that day.This ritual trains your brain to focus away from what can go wrong that day
my comment : the last sentence about the brain focusing away from wat can go wrong tat day..i tink its some law which states " what can go wrong will go wrong"..not sure abt it though..bt not bad, expecting smthg each day..im gonna start expecting happie days.. my comment : yes yes,sure..bt not everyone has the luxury to do so..ppl who have to head onto sch everyday,pls do so and mug till u die..bt at least leave the weekends for some recreation.. (: and yea,unpredictable events cause extreme stress..tell me abt it man..tsk tsk..Convert Monday into Funday.The flip side to TGIF is OMGIM: Oh, my God, it's Monday! In fact, more heart attacks occur on Mondays than on any other day. Schedule a weekly lunch with a friend or take a class you love on Mondays so you'll look forward to the start of the week.
my comment : ohkay,din think of this before..hoho..aiya,lets jus do lunch everyday together so we can all be a happy bunch of ppl..lol,bt thing is,tats wat we're and we've been doing all this while..Come home 15 minutes late. After work, walk home or listen to music at a pretty scenic spot before you burst through your front door. "It's an important way of decompressing and transitioning back to home life."
my comment : 15 mins late? ok,considerable..after sch,walk home..ok,possible since sch is super near to home..listen to music,yea i always do..and i don burst thru the front door..if it crashes,i will be slaughtered alive..so then..haha..back to trashtalk now..todae,went to science centre..dan walk walk..got wet in the rain..went to cwp and also to sch..ate lunch..mmmmm..and yea,jus basically took loads of pics at science centre..i could upload it..its jus tat by the time i upload the pics on blogger,and esp on this post,tats it! its gonna take for ever for me to upload and its gonna take forever for this page to load if u're ever gonna read it..
and i've finally downloaded the maths hmwk package! *smiles!* printed it too! *winks*
